The Las Vegas Red Dress Run is committed to making a difference in the community by hosting a fun run while wearing red to raise money for local charities.
The Red Dress Run originated in 1987 in San Diego and is now a worldwide hashing tradition where participants wear red-themed attire for a fun run, while giving back to the community. As a 501c3 organization, Las Vegas Red Dress Run embraces its mission to make a difference locally by supporting places such as SafeNest and the local U.S. Vets. With around 200 participants annually, the 3-4 mile run is held somewhere between Downtown Vegas and the Strip and includes stops for refreshments and socializing. The run concludes with an-after party providing food, drinks and music.
